I have always had exceptional care from the team at this practice. I recently had a complex prescription issue so felt it was better to explain face to face and rather than waste a Doctors time I put my issues to one of the reception team who was exceptional in resolving the problem.
I am always satisfied with the care I receive from the GPS at the surgery. It is very difficult to get a regular appointment at relatively short notice (that week), but the drop in appointments on Friday afternoon as very useful and effective.
My driver for writing the review is that for the 2nd time this year I have founf the reception staff on the phone to be very short, impatient and rude. I was calling on this occasion to understand how I could get a repeat prescription, which appeared to frustrate the reception who became extremely rude in my opinion (clearly everyone should know this process and I was wasting her time). A degree of customer service would be helpful especially as they will be dealing with people who may be in sensitive situations
